Key Responsibilities

As a Data Enrichment Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data enrichment efforts and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of large data sets for upload into Salesforce.com. You will lead a diverse and international team of data enrichment associates across various time zones. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing team progress, project updates, and key performance metrics to the leadership team.
  • Goal Setting: Collaborate with the leadership to establish team goals, project milestones, and performance targets, and ensure their successful achievement.
  • Data Processing: Oversee the processing and transformation of large data sets and upload them to Salesforce.com.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
  • Coaching and Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development while ensuring the team’s overall success.
  • Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Continuously evaluate data research processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Process Design: Design streamlined and effective data research processes that improve data accuracy, quality, and overall efficiency.
  • Hiring and Training: Participate in the recruitment of new team members, conduct interviews, and contribute to the onboarding and training process.
  • International Team Management: Effectively manage and collaborate with a global team spread across different time zones, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
