As the person responsible for Analysis and Reporting for the Product Experience team at Raketech, your role involves gathering and analyzing user data, providing insights to improve the user experience, collaborating with the UX Designer, supporting AB testing, and contributing to a positive team culture, ultimately leading to informed product strategy, optimized designs, and a collaborative work environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, understanding of CRO concepts, and proficiency in data analysis tools are key requirements for success in this role.

The Web Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Gather detailed information from users through both qualitative and quantitative analysis and then work together with Product Experience team to improve the user experience based on their initial findings.
  • Collect, analyze data, and deliver meaningful insights to inform product strategy, design decisions, and user experience improvements.
  • Work closely with the UX Designer to create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs based on user feedback and research insights.
  • Support CRO Manager with AB testing reports, Tracking QA and tests analysis.

  • Provide comprehensive AB testing reports to the CRO Manager, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Experience in a similar role or field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts and experience with AB testing and reporting.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or other relevant analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meticulously track and analyze data for accuracy and reliability.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
