The Regulatory Program Manager’s main focus is to promote and facilitate a strong culture of compliance across each 1 LoD organisation (“Markt”) through supporting 1 LoD process owners, 2 LoD stakeholders and senior management in programs with a regulatory focus. As part of the role, the Regulatory Program Manager will support the sustainable implementation of and ensure ongoing alignment with relevant policies and procedures (2 LoD frameworks) and external legal & regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the position will require alignment between 1LoD and 2LoD stakeholders, diverse Product & Tech segments, and when necessary, consider the regulators as an important stakeholder in solutions. The Regulatory Program Manager will coach, train and support the product & tech owners in the relevant organisation and execution of highly-regulated product development.
