Incident Manager- Technology (f/m/d)


We are looking for an Incident Manager with experience to help us create and manage an incident management process by joining our Tech team in Spain. Your daily work will primarily focus on categorising, logging and following up on incidents and to manage a swift and clear response to a successful resolution. You will oversee all aspects of incident management in the Tech org and work side-by-side with our Service Desk, IT, and Engineering teams.
