We’re looking for a SaaS-obsessed Director of Product to own the overall Product vision and strategy for our client, a growing B2B SaaS business that has a very large TAM, an established brand and a customer base in the tens of thousands. 

Working with the CEO, this individual will define the product focus and roadmap, lead the Product team and calibrate with our GTM functions in order to ensure successful execution of our Product initiatives. This new role will have a massive impact on our growth plans and have a key voice in company direction.

● Partner with the CEO to define the overall Product growth strategy and roadmap

● Own the development, orchestration and execution of Go to Market strategies from early initiative to successful launch

● Lead, coach and develop a high performing Product team

● Translate OKR’s into individual and team level metrics and KPI’s, ensuring alignment of individual performance with overall company objectives

● Leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions around Product focus, features and direction

● Dig deep into competitors set across pricing, features, integrations, positioning, UX, etc.

● Evaluate our current product across customer dashboard, merchant storefronts and our own website to make recommendations to elevate the experience

● Define the scope of Product initiatives, incorporating feedback from our customer-facing teams, technology teams, and understanding of Product Management best practices

● Be obsessed with experience optimization, and user efficiency

● Act as a voice of the product for external webinars, product showcases and partner events


● Past experience leading the vision and execution of the Product function at a B2B SaaS organization, bonus points if you were in a tech role (software development or similar) in a past life

● Comfortable speaking about the product on a technical level, keen understanding of tech stack and infrastructure

● Deep understanding of the web/ecommerce/SaaS industry best practices and competitive landscape

● Past experience supporting and scaling a high performing Product team

● Expert with analytics tools, and building strong visualizations of usage patterns and insights

● Strong blend of technical & go-to-market understanding, ability to work smoothly with both engineering teams and customer facing roles

● Working knowledge of SQL, Rest APIs, Javascript and Product Management tools such as Jira or Asana

● Solid understanding of CAC / ARPU / Churn / CLTV – you live and breathe SaaS metrics

● Creative and energetic with ability to inspire and motivate others

● Flawless communication skills, strong ability to articulate a vision
