Building on our recent successful launch in Spain, we are now poised to propel our business forward, capitalising on the ever-growing demand for short-term holiday accommodations. To support our ongoing investment in technology, we are looking for a dynamic and capable Associate Product Owner to work alongside our Senior Product Owner and development team.

This junior role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone new to the field of Product. You will need to possess a fundamental understanding of agile product development, and we will give you the hands-on experience, enabling you to expand your skill set, deepen your knowledge, and flourish in your professional journey.

Requirements

The Associate Product Owner will be responsible for supporting the Senior Product Owner in defining and delivering the product roadmap at Pass the Keys. You will work closely with the development team, stakeholders and customers to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined, and that the product meets the needs of the market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partners, hosts and guests, and use this information to inform product development at Pass the Keys
• Work with stakeholders and customers at Pass the Keys to gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring that they are clearly defined and well-understood
• Create user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to support the development team at Pass the Keys in building the product
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that features are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with the product vision
• Test product features at Pass the Keys and ensure that they meet user needs and requirements
• Monitor product performance at Pass the Keys and use data to inform product development decisions
• Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders at Pass the Keys

Skills and Qualifications:

• Interested in Product Development with experience of the product owner role and responsibilities
• Knowledge of the short let holiday market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and customers
• Understanding of agile development methodologies, including the ability to create user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
